MANATEE MANIA- Playalinda District
SATURDAY 3rd & 31st – 10:00 AM–12:00 PM – “MANATEE MANIA” – Stop by the table to learn about Florida manatees, their unique characteristics, and their connection to Mosquito Lagoon. You may even spot a manatee during your visit! Stop by anytime during the listed hours at the Eddy Creek Dock. Locations may change, so please check the sandwich board at the Playalinda Fee Booth on the day of the program to confirm where to go. (2 hours)
PLEASE NOTE: all programs are subject to cancellation and/or rescheduling due to staff limitations, weather conditions, or other factors. Some programs require reservations, a minimum age, or a cost-recovery fee. Call 386-428-3384 for program information during visitor center operating hours (9:00AM to 5:00PM). Entrance fees apply to all interpretive program participants. All programs meet the requirements for the Canaveral National Seashore Junior Ranger program.
