Located in the Venetian Bay Town Center in New Smyrna Beach, Brew is a nice little spot to stop for coffee, sandwiches, or a light bite while walking around the area. The service really stood out during our visit. My friend accidentally ordered the wrong item, and the staff handled it so kindly and quickly. They made sure she got what she actually wanted, and the whole situation was handled with such great customer service. We really appreciated how friendly and helpful everyone was. Definitely a nice place to relax and grab a drink or something to eat while exploring the area.

If you enjoy quality coffee, tea, and sandwiches, this place is a must-visit! First time going here (free street parking) & we beat the lunchtime crowd (only 3 other people in the shop) so we ordered soon after we got in. My husband got a large hot chai tea, smoked gouda chicken biscuit (weekly special) with well-done egg added on, and Brookie (marble brownie). I got an iced Orange Dreamsicle and lemon blueberry loaf. Total with generous tip for the To Go order was about $36. The wait time was about 10 minutes for everything, including the chicken biscuit, and the staff were all friendly and polite. Single-occupancy restroom was clean and the entire place felt clean and looked really organized. I appreciated the detail that went into the interior decorating as well as holiday decorating the shop since it was on the smaller side. Indoor (bar and table) and outdoor seating available. Seating is probably not ideal for large groups unless just getting a To Go order. My husband and I both enjoyed the chicken biscuits (there were 2) and it included kettle chips so that was fun. My blueberry loaf was perfect - not too sweet, soft, and delicious. My husband's chai tea was also great, just the right spiciness. My Orange Dreamsicle was tasty with the sparkling water and I definitely felt energized after it. Expect to pay a bit more for the higher quality ingredients and be ready to enjoy good drinks / good food. 11 out of 10 experience with food quality, cleanliness, and excellent customer service. We look forward to our next visit between our road trips!

Cute little shop, nice outdoor lake view, good amount of indoor seating. Coffee is good, the baked goods were excellent. The muffin was incredibly moist. Would definitely return!

Lovely little place to stop for coffee. Beautiful inside! Wish we had more time, I’d have grabbed a breakfast item because they had a lot of really nice options! Pictured is an Iced Caramel Candied Pecan Latte - delicious!

I travel 30 minutes at least 2x/wk to get Brew. Easily one of my top 3 favorite cafes in the area. They are always coming up with new weekly rotations for various beverages and food; each item is delicious in its own way. I have never had anything here that I did not enjoy, and there is something for everyone (even those dairy free). The location itself is great, with lots of safe space for kids and pups to roam around. Super cute and clean shop with great customer service. High recommend!
