StickerSStyleI had an excellent experience at Applebee’s. Everything was perfect from start to finish—the restaurant was clean, the atmosphere was great, and the food was delicious and served promptly. I especially want to highlight the outstanding service from Jason. He was friendly, attentive, and very professional, making sure everything was just right throughout our visit. Highly recommended. I will definitely be coming back!

Elizabeth Ruiz JimenezMy server was wonderful—attentive, friendly, and checked in on my son and me throughout our visit. The food was also excellent. Unfortunately, our experience was negatively impacted by the host. She seemed disengaged and neglected customers, including us. Despite seeing us arrive and calling her over, she continued cleaning tables without acknowledging us. I’ve been in the hospitality industry for 15 years, and this behavior is not acceptable for a host. She didn’t smile or interact appropriately with any guests, and I observed her treating multiple customers the same way. At one point, she even yelled across the restaurant to an elderly customer instead of approaching them politely. I mentioned the issue to my server, and the host overheard and finally adjusted her behavior—but this shouldn’t have been necessary. While the server and food made for a good experience, the host’s attitude really needs improvement. I hope management addresses this so future guests can have the welcoming experience they deserve. *The only issue was the host. A host should be happy, welcomed, and presentable.
