We always have a good time at our activities in the Clubhouse! St.Patrick’s Day was great!! So much fantastic food!! Thank you to all who attended! Easter is up next!!

Suzanne StocktonWe are new and just moving in. This park has the charm and cleanliness that's missing in the larger parks in the area. It's quaint. Amazingly clean. Very private. Folks take an evening stroll to chat with neighbors. Very friendly people without imposing. The staff and management are absolutely first rate. Five Stars! Very very pleased to call this place home.

J NewtonRevised As of 6/28/2020 It is not bad, and it's not good. At one time, it seemed to be the right thing to do for my situation. Just recently, (2019-2020), the community installed some new units. This is a great start, but more needs to be done. Also, management needs to set and enforce standards in the community. Whether it be a limit on how many flowerpots you can have outside of your lot to making tenants tear down fencing that made out of dog cages or allowing residents to put tarp all around the exterior of their mobile home which looks terrible and brings down the value and somewhat limited beauty of the community. Again, the community is old and truly needs to be refreshed, and I am happy to at least see new homes, but again more needs to be done. It is sad that they continue to go up on lot rent but give their tenants no value. Yes, they pay the water and trash, such a big deal, but other than that, the community has no value to justify the amount of lot rent they continue to charge. If I had to do it again, I would likely pass on this park because it is old and ancient with poor on-site management.
