Felt like a kid again here today. The new recliners are really awesome and made it feel like home. Bring your blanket and get even more comfortable. They are under construction in some areas, but i assume that is due to all the upgrades that have came and are coming. Every theater has electric recliners that also have head rest control. And the lower seats had some day beds with reclining backs instead of recliners. The popcorn and drinks are self serve after purchase, and delicious. The staff has always been helpful to us as well. This trip I accidently bought the wrong day for our movie online, when we went to go get seated with snacks is when i realized my mistake. Within 5 minutes of my meltdown of worry, guest relations had me into another showing and my problem was solved before the kids even noticed. Plenty of parking and lots of arcade games. Some of the prize games are noted play till you win, which is great for younger kids. Can't wait to see all the upgrades coming, especially the 4DX. Please drop an estimated date when you can. Residents like me are eagerly waiting any info!

4D The Sheep Detectives. Light over trash can remains on throughout movie, this is in view of most seats and takes away from the movie lighting effects. Seats are more narrow than regular seats. Please don't bring your children if they are scared or terrified of thunder, lightening seats that move, the dark, etc and make them feel bad that you spent money on tickets and they're not going to make you leave. Older kids will have a blast! I love the Epic updates, a few tweaks and perfection.

Manager tonight was extremely kind and helpful. Helped me change the movie viewing time with no question. It’s been years since I went to a theater and helped me figure out the soda machine. The theater was very full and he readily walked around to help everyone with questions. Wonderful staff. The theater was clean, seats reclined and are very comfortable. Definitely will be back.

The movie itself was really good, and we all enjoyed it. However, unfortunately, the theater’s service was not the best. When we arrived, someone was already sitting in our assigned seats. An employee came over to check our tickets, and it turned out that the same seats had apparently been sold twice. Unfortunately, no one was able to help us get our seats back or find a solution that would allow us to sit together. We came to see the movie as a family, but we ended up having to sit separately—my two girls on one side, while their dad and I sat somewhere else. That was not the experience we expected, especially since we had purchased our tickets and selected our seats in advance. The movie was great, but the customer service and the way this situation was handled were very disappointing. We should have been able to enjoy the movie together as a family.
