Carlos Fonseca 5 out of 5 stars★★★★★★★★★★ We absolutely loved visiting Tomoka State Park. This place is perfect for families, kids, and adults who just want to enjoy nature and relax. The views are beautiful everywhere you look, especially near the water. We saw wildlife, enjoyed the peaceful trails, and really appreciated how clean and well maintained the park was. One of my favorite parts was learning about the history of the area. It makes the park feel even more special and unique compared to other parks in Florida. There’s plenty to do whether you want to picnic, kayak, fish, walk, or simply take in the scenery. Definitely one of my favorite spots near Ormond Beach, and I’ll absolutely be coming back again.

Shannon Lee 5 out of 5 stars★★★★★Awesome campground with plenty of shade. Access to the water every where (like 40 feet behind our campsite) private little beaches in several spots. Great fishing from what we've been told (we forgot the fishing gear) boat launches and a couple of piers. They have a camp store on-site with ice, firewood and even souvenirs. Three hiking trails and even a paddle trail for kayaking, etc. 10 minute drive to the Atlantic Ocean and even a 0.6 mile stretch of beach for the dogs. I am 55 now and haven't been here since I was 8 years old. But I will be back! The campground even has activities from Wednesday morning coffee with pastries and Saturday fishing art.

jana sheckles 5 out of 5 stars★★★★★Great little area. We took E-bikes and rode around. Lots of parking, areas to fish, picnic in the park or just relax. They have camping as well. Very nice area. This also leads over Into the Ormand Loop. That is a really nice drive or bike ride. Be careful in the lose sand though. Lol 😆 you will fall down. Look into purchasing a park pass so you can visit all the parks and springs located in and around the area.

ray weithman 5 out of 5 stars★★★★★Absolutely loved this park. We stopped at Tomoka State Park. to check out the campgrounds while visiting the area. We ended up having a picnic lunch at a table along the riverfront. The campgrounds offer some nice private sites with electric hookups a fire ring and picnic table. The park is located at the site of the Timucuan the native American village of Nocoroco. There is a large sculpture of King Tomokie and an amphitheater that is dug out in the sand with moss covered stone seating along with the oak trees and Spanish moss hanging down, added to the lost civilization feel of the park. We spent the afternoon hiking some of the trails around the park and along the waterfront. There is an Outpost for paddle boat rentals, supplies and souvenirs. What a great park for hiking, biking, camping, picnicking, paddling and wildlife viewing.
