Naomi WhiskeyGreat park and wonderful staff. Lots to see and it really is a treasure. We saw wild turkey, many birds, heard an owl and saw a pgymy rattlesnake. We walked the wet trail and visited the small gift shop, All was well maintained 🏝️🙌🏼

BethGreat hidden gem along the St. John’s River. There is a free pontoon that shuttles you to the island where there are restrooms and water to use before you head out. Fun little day trip off of the beaten path.

AL NEACEgreatest state park ever, my wife and i go a couple times a week to fish, the rangers and staff are absolutely the nicest people you would ever want to meet, what is upsetting to me is of all the people that visit the park you would think they would at least put a dollar the the donation box my god they would be the first people to complain if the parks run out of funds, this park is staffed by mostly volunteers that give their time, the least people could do is put a couple of dollars in the box, it's not going to break you. anyway great park with a lot of history, family fun and great staff. thank you to all the staff the keep it running.

Aixa & Matthew LongWe stayed in the cabins for a weekend. What a beautiful experience! We did hiking, s'mores, fishing, exploring. We had ice cream from the little shop and grilled our lunch by the playground. The kids loved it, they were never bored. It was comfortable. The rangers are the most friendly people. Jasmine, especially went out of her way to make us feel welcome, she was so great my daughter wants to be a ranger. We will be back!
