Maya Burch 3 out of 5 stars★★★☆☆Very nice place, I've heard dolphins here before and saw a murray. I've went here for a long time now and it's changed but it's still nice, there wasn't any alligators before but now there are, there are millions of silver fish in the rocks and there's millions of hermit crabs aswell. I like to call this place the hermit crab beach, got cut when trying to lift a rock but that's not they're fault it's mine. Also a pretty good spot for fishing I think. Really only went fishing here before, you can catch some rock bass on the dock if you put your bait down right next to anywhere on the dock. It's a nice spot :) especially if you like to catch and release or eat crabs and stuff. Lots of crabs under rocks Edit : revisited this place again recently. It's sad now. There's zero people, no big groups of people fishing.. swimming.. kids.. ect like there used to be. The water came up further and there appears to be no more hermit crabs or even crabs in general. The dock is completely destroyed and it's depressing since me and my family have such good memories there. Not sure what happened to this place

Steve Waterman 5 out of 5 stars★★★★★The Maynard May kayak launch is a great place for individuals or large groups. Plenty of space for at least three vehicles to back up, unload and launch, in the beach area extends all around the tip of the park. Bathrooms are currently being renovated, and there is a pavilion for lunches.

Lynn Maloley 5 out of 5 stars★★★★★We are new to kayaking and we just stumbled upon this park. It is very nice easy to get kayaks in and out of water my 7 year old had no problem paddling in her own kayak. There are restrooms and a little play area for my 2 year old as well. Plenty of beach to just hang out with family and friends. I hope it isent too busy in the middle of summer. The channel was very busy with boats going back and forth but we did not have any problems crossing it.

kimmiejay marsh 5 out of 5 stars★★★★★This is still Maynard park or as we locals call it 'Lil Beach' . It's my favorite!! Relaxed, easy access off shoreline. Short distance to multiple small islands, fishing, marked trails , just an awesome day in Paradise....Even if it rains... but a local Guide can make it better than you ever thought it could.
