I really wanted to love this spot more because the service was so wonderful—the staff is kind and made us feel welcome. However, the overall experience felt a bit "average" for the price point. The atmosphere has a rustic feel, but it leans more toward "well-worn" than "modern rustic," and it feels like the space is ready for a little bit of a refresh. The pulled pork was decent, though it didn't quite have that "wow" factor we were hoping for at these prices. I doubt I'll come back. I'll admit that I'm cheap.

We wanted to leave a better review but you just know when you've ate something that wasn't quite right. The green beans... No flavor and smelled bad. A few bites and an hour later off to the porcelain god. Stomach was ill until the next day. 🤔 🤬 Food - good portion size. Waitress - Shirley is pleasant. Restaurant - clean. Restroom - clean. Parking - ample & clean. Price - fair but should offer half plate at a reduced price. Too much food for us. Overall, Dustins is usually spot on but something happened on this visit. Please be careful with the food preparation not to cross contaminate or serve old food. Returning - the price of eating out is awful expensive anywhere you go. Dustin seems to offer a fair deal for the amount of food they serve for the price. We will return but we're going to be careful what we eat if it don't look or smell right it ain't happening. If you raise your price then we reduce the visits that we do. Careful not to out price yourself.

We have ate here periodically over the years and had fast service and good fresh food. The past two times was different. On Mother's Day, they were packed and service was slow, literally never checked on and had to pay at the door. Went again last night 05/24/26 and the entire experience was bad. They were NOT busy, with maybe 10 seats and a lot of staff hanging up front by the food pick up area. We sat for 10 minutes before our drink order was taken and another, at least 10 more minutes before it was delivered. The wait for our food was ridiculously long, (25 min) and the food was BARELY warm. Additionally, the ribs were not fresh and had burnt sauce and hard meat on the ends of the ribs. The Mac and cheese was not fresh and had the obvious taste of fridge reheat. It also tasted funny and I did not eat it. The waitress NEVER checked on us one single time and we had to call her to get a to go container. The waitress is not new either. I was very disappointed in the food quality and service, coupled with bringing out of town company here to eat. On top of all of this, the price for the rib meal has jumped to $25.99 and it is outrageous to pay for a heated up meal that was not even "good", with the horrible, slow service. Dustins is going downhill when the focus should be food quality and service!!

We ordered the pulled pork and sliced pork lunch specials. It tasted great, and the bbq sauces were tangy and amazing! We came for the salad bar, but we couldn’t justify spending an additional $7.99 for their salad bar. Great food, but it’s a bit pricey.

We arrived before the rush, so it wasn't a very long wait. My opinion they have THE BEST Salad bar I have ever had. It was fresh and continuously cleaned and checked on. I would highly recommend getting this with your order. The lady who took our order was very friendly and helpful when asking about the different items we were interested in. I would go back to this location if I was in the area again.
