Carmen RMy husband and I cannot say enough amazing things about JR and his team. He came to use as a recommended caterer for our venue in 2019. Our wedding was planned for October of 2020 and he was going to cater our rehearsal dinner and wedding. Given the pandemic, we eloped in October of 2020 with a small group of family. We didn't have enough people to reach the minimum, but that didn't bother JR. He worked with us to provide individual meals for everyone for Friday and Saturday night. On top of that, we faced with the fact we may not have a cake for our elopement, JR sprang into action. His mom made our elopement cake and individual desserts for our small group. We were beyond grateful to JR for standing by us during the worst time but also the best time. We went on to celebrate with friends and family in June of 2022, and JR was there by our side again. He catered the entire 70 person reception with the most phenomenal team I've ever seen. They listened to everything we wanted and executed beyond perfectly. Our guests raved about JRs food for months afterwards, but we already knew that our guests were in store for an amazing meal. On top of sticking by us for two years at every twist and turn, JR helped us navigate several allergies including shellfish, wheat, dairy, and pork. JR is a true professional and you'd be lucky to have him cater your events!

a dJR and team catered my wife birthday celebration. All the food was delicious especially the fish dip, veggie pasta and vegetables. JR worked with me to create a special menu that accommodated all my guests food preferences. We will use JR again in the future. Thanks you for great food and service.

Rainey TynerUsing Laubster’s Catering was an awesome experience from day 1. We used them to cater our wedding, including a fajita bar. JR was easy to communicate with, flexible with our requests, and came through on 100% of what he promised. His food is absolutely amazing, he and his team are very friendly, and the whole process was stress free (which is important for wedding planning). Can not recommend this company enough!!

Amy RobesonJR Laubster’s catering is AMAZING! JR is not only is an amazing chef , he is super kind and accommodating. I hosted a 3 day 45 person retreat and had meat eaters, vegetarians, vegans and dairy free, gluten free and soy free allergies. He some how figured out how to accommodate all of our food request! He created the most delicious meals and everyone at the retreat loved his food. Seriously hire him!

Emily BeckerI recently hired Laubster's for a Technology Fair that my company held at The Brannon Center in New Smyrna Beach. JR was extremely communicative and very easy going, especially when i increased our counts by 40 people at the last minute. We had a delicious hot buffet breakfast, a beautiful table of desserts on display all day (which the Laubster's staff kept replenished the whole time), and boxed sandwich/salads for lunch. Everything from the fruit to the mini cheesecakes were delicious. I would recommend them again in a heartbeat!
