Krysten BiggicaGreat little launch for canoes and kayaks, though it can dry up during low tide. There is plenty of shade for hot days. Great trails and wildlife, nice playground for kids and generally clean bathrooms. There are some areas to grill and a tall tower just a short walk through the park to really enjoy some beautiful views. Many really neat bird species like to make appearances here.

Holly ViversI heard they updated the playground. I’m not sure when they did. Not safe for under 5 years old for sure as there’s huge holes on both sides to get to the slide. It’s like they’re turning all these playgrounds to parkour and toddlers can’t enjoy them. I would give the playground one star .. however the nature and kayak launch are beautiful

Cherry ChiefGreat to walk around and see the life. Since we went after Nicole, it was still a bit muddy and the forest area had lots of bare spots. Very sad that the park/camping ground is not super taken care of, but still beautiful nonetheless. Great views, best to go near 3 when it's cooler out.
