We are incredibly honored to be a part of September’s RAE (Resident Artist’s Exhibition) with “Oceanic Wonders” by Nancy Connors who is a pen and ink artist best known for free-hand drawing complex images giving special attention to intricate characteristics and patterns. Using fine point Micron pens, archival ink and aided by a jewelers loop for magnification, each piece is structured around Nancy’s trademark attention to detail. Color is added with acrylics or watercolor pencils, and soft graphite. Nancy’s favorite subject matter is the natural world: birds, fish, shells and underwater vistas are of particular interest. Nancy does extensive research for each image, as the details make the piece
