I am very familiar with the space as it used To by Ricky’s but never been back since My coworker said to get the Hummus Yummus wrap Red leaf lettuce, feta cheese, edamame, lettuce, onion, cucumber and almonds tossed in our house-made ginger vinaigrette, topped with house-made hummus that is wrapped in a spinach tortilla. ***To make it vegan: select no cheese and and vegan cheese don’t think this place isn’t for you! You can add meat!!!!! She added chicken i added organic tofu The BEST WRAP I EVER HAD 💯💯💯 Every bite was amazing and fresh Half lunch half for dinner cause it’s so generous! I will absolutely go often! 🌱

Thalia SmithWow, I am beyond amazed! From the food to customer service, this place is amazing. The interior design of the cafe was so cozy and cute. The server was also really kind and friendly. I got the quinoa quesadilla with vegan cheese and tofu, which was absolutely delicious! The menu is entirely vegetarian, but all dishes can be easily customized to be either fully vegan or include meat, which was really flexible. Lastly, the presentation of the food was incredible. Overall I highly recommend this place for a healthy and tasty meal.

Ayumi Artistry StudioWe stopped by Café Del Soul for a mid-morning snack. They offered a free sample of their decaf chai tea. It is rare to find a good decaf chai tea, and it was delicious. I am ordering it next time for sure, but this time I wanted to try the ginger lemonade. It had the right amount of spice and was very refreshing. We also shared a hummus plate, which was light and full of flavor. The café has a cozy California vibe that feels comfortable, bright, and easy to stay for a while. It is the kind of place where you could sit and read, catch up with a friend, or even have a small meeting. They have many healthy options, and I cannot wait to go back and try more from their menu. It is a great local spot to visit in New Smyrna Beach.

JKids loved their food and so did adults. High quality healthy ingredients and excellent tasting. If you want to feel good on vacation come eat here. If you live here, boy you are so lucky!!!
