Recently I was struggling with trying to manage my life because depression and anxiety where overwhelming me and I felt like I could hardly breathe or function. I thought about inpatient but decided to call her first . The office staff walked me through my insurance and what to expect . It was such a surprise in a day where no one answer, to get a real caring person. The therapist was so compassionate as well . I could tell they were there to help because they had a desire to help. That is just what they did they taught me to live again and now I no longer feel like I have a weight on my chest and I can breathe deeply.

When you are trying to cope with Trauma , PTSD and Family problems from Military service and working as a first responder the last thing you want to do it try to figure out health care . From the first call to the office , to the Counselor this was a place where I could trust everyone (something I don't do easily). The office staff are amazing and the therapist was shockingly competent. I cant say enough! Thank you for being there when I needed you the most.
