Cracker Creek is a privately owned and operated eco-tourism business offering individual canoe/kayak launches or rentals, eco-pontoon and Gamble Place tours, as well as facility rental for group gatherings and events.
To address safety and security concerns, our grounds and associated amaenitites are only available to our guests here for paid servicies.
We recommend calling ahead to schedule reservations in advance, although we will continue to accommodate walk-in guests as availability allows.

Raymond WoodMy wife and I went to Cracker Creek to go kayaking. I had seen a picture online of an Easy Dock there. It was an old picture, no Easy dock to be seen today. The launch area is a sloped sand bottom, easy enough to get in and out. There are also docks there if you prefer. The true highlight is the natural shoreline. It was amazing to see the diversity of plants. Here in late April, with spring in full swing. The trees in bloom made it a trip through a tropical paradise for a couple in Florida to escape the last blast of winter at home. As we pressed downstream, the forest gave way to marsh grass, and the tidal effect became noticeable. We turned back to Cracker Creek just before we reached I-95. The current was minimal made for an easy, relaxing out and return. Limited wildlife sitings, several turtles, a couple of small gators, and a few birds. The staff were very helpful. Call ahead to be sure they can accommodate you. It is a busy educational site. The peacocks added to the fun. Great washrooms were available with showers, very nice.

Megan CummingsHad a lot of fun on the water Wednesday afternoon. Happy to have such a quiet escape just a short drive from the house. It was our first time and we will be back. Check in was super easy. A simple phone call at the gate and quick transaction had us on the water in no time.

Melissa MatthewsBeautiful place! Second time kayaking there today. Both times we have gone, we had the best day! We rented a tandem kayak last time (about a month ago) and two singles today. My husband has his own and launches for a small fee. Everyone there is so nice and helpful. The bathrooms are clean. The venue is rustic and beautiful with its old Florida charm. The creek was quiet and peaceful. We packed a picnic lunch and spent 2 hours on the water. Highly recommend!
