TF Farrow 5 out of 5 stars★★★★★I came in to pick up my grandsons after a 12hour drive, the young lady that checked me in last Friday evening was fantastic! I think her name was Destiny? She was Super welcoming and helpful. Room was clean and bedding comfortable. Tub was perfect for a soak after a long drive. Lots of places to eat nearby. Be watchful coming in for I missed my turn the first time not very good signage. I will definitely stay again when I return!

PAMELA HAIRSTON 5 out of 5 stars★★★★★We checked in around 130p. The front clerk was very pleasant and accommodating. Our room was clean and the sheets on the comfortable bed was a pleasant surprise. Ziggie our dog adapted fast to his surroundings and soon rested as much as we did. All in all it was very good experience.

Wheezie Jefferson 4 out of 5 stars★★★★☆I recently stayed at the Country Inn & Suites by Radisson and overall found it to be a comfortable stay. The housekeeping staff was amazing — very accommodating, friendly, and courteous throughout my visit. The front desk experience, however, was mixed. Some employees were pleasant, while others seemed like they didn’t enjoy their job. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep. The pool area was also very clean and nice, which I appreciated. Another highlight was the complimentary daily breakfast. They offered a great variety of breakfast items and drinks, changed up some of the meal options daily, and the breakfast staff did an excellent job keeping the dining area clean and fully stocked at all times. I also appreciated the extended weekend breakfast hours, which allowed guests to sleep in and still enjoy breakfast. The fresh complimentary cookies offered daily were also a delicious treat and a nice added touch. There were a few downsides during my stay. The couch in my room was visibly stained, so I didn’t feel comfortable sitting on it. The elevator also broke down during my stay, which was a little concerning. My biggest disappointment was the late checkout situation. I tried requesting a late checkout for 3 days in advance since the online policy stated requests should be made 24 hours ahead of time. However, I kept being told I had to wait until after 7 a.m. on the morning of checkout to ask for it. When I finally called that morning, I was only granted an extra 15 minutes — extending checkout from 11:00 a.m. to 11:15 a.m. Considering it was Mother’s Day Sunday - after a local music festival had already ended — when most guests would already be checking out anyway — I found the lack of flexibility disappointing. Most hotels I stay at are usually much more accommodating with complimentary late checkouts. Despite that frustration, I was overall happy with my stay thanks to the comfort of the room, the clean amenities, and the excellent housekeeping and breakfast staff.

Amy Snyder 5 out of 5 stars★★★★★My family and I were in Port Orange to be with our family member in the last days of her life. We arrived on a Monday night without an expected check out day. Tieara at the front desk was amazing. She comforted me each morning for an entire week as I extended our stay. Not only did Country Inn and Suites take care of our physical needs, the staff took care of our hearts. If you are looking for a place to stay that puts people first, look no further.
