The food is good, which is why we have ordered takeout several times. Unfortunately, the service has consistently fallen short of expectations. On more than one occasion, parts of our order were missing—sometimes dressing, sometimes sour cream, and sometimes the vegetables that were supposed to come with the wings. Since we did not check the order before leaving, we only discovered the missing items after getting home. After one of these incidents, I called the manager. She was very polite, apologized, and offered us a complimentary nachos with our next order. We decided to order again and trusted that the issue had been addressed. However, when we got home, we found that the nachos were missing several ingredients, including jalapeños, cheese, and sour cream, as shown in the photo. The food itself is good, but the staff responsible for packing takeout orders need to be more careful, and better trained. If you place a large takeout order, I strongly recommend checking every item before leaving the restaurant. Chances are, they will forget something .

This sports bar exceeded my expectations. The atmosphere was lively and fun, making it a great place to catch a game, meet friends, or simply enjoy a good meal. The menu offered an upscale take on classic bar food, with plenty of options to choose from. Everything we ordered was fresh, flavorful, and well prepared. It’s clear that they put extra effort into their food, elevating it well above the typical sports bar experience. What really stood out, though, was the service. The staff was friendly, attentive, and genuinely focused on making sure we had a great experience. From the moment we arrived until we left, the service was exceptional. If you’re looking for a sports bar with great food, a welcoming atmosphere, and outstanding service, this place is definitely worth a visit. I’ll be happy to return the next time I’m in the area.

Came here to watch the playoff games while traveling. Were open late enough to catch the whole game, wings “Wally’s way” were amazing! Definitely recommend! Staff were nice, upbeat and friendly and the service was very quick.

I’ve been coming to Houligans for years. For food and service they have never disappointed. It’s always a great place to bring family and friends visiting from out of town and the Wally wings are always a hit. Though I was a bit surprised when I brought my dog for the first time today. After coming in and asking the hostess how long of the wait would be for 3 plus our dog, we were told there was not a wait. I went and got my party from the car. After being sat on the patio a manager came by asked if our dog was a service dog to which we truthfully replied he was not and we left without any further fuss after being informed only service animals were allowed on the patio. I may have missed the sign stating only service animals are permitted, and it is totally on me for assuming my dog will be ok, but it would be good practice to train your staff when someone asks in general about seating for their dog, it should be answered in a friendly way that only service animals are permitted.

Our waitress was Autumn tonight and she was fantastic, stressful week leading up to some big exams and just wanted a nice night and good food to relax. Autumn delivered, attentive, nice, quick and friendly. She also didn’t drop the check to fast and gave us plenty of time. Thank you for a good night out Autumn!
