Matthew BarbadoThis is the absolute best studio in Volusia County and we've visited ALOT. We got tired of the inconsistency found at other studios, and kept coming back to take Karrie's classes and haven't regretted it once! She also offers Zoom classes for those who prefer to practice at home! Highly recommended!!

Timothy KellerI've been to a few yoga studios locally and this is definitely among my top two. Each class I've been to is a little different but with enough continuity to keep things familiar. The teachers are all very helpful and friendly and I feel welcomed and comfortable in the space. Update: I took my 200-hour teacher training here as a result of all the positive experiences. Karrie is an amazing, compassionate, and experienced teacher to train under. Yoga Bala is one of the things I miss most now that I don’t live in Florida.
