SuzanThe ABSOLUTE best place to live!!! We moved here from Indiana the 1st of May, everybody is so friendly and welcoming! Lots of activities for everyone! Very clean community! Brittany and Vicky are amazing! Nice big clubhouse and a wonderful pool area!

Tracy FarrellWe moved into Colony In The Wood and we love it. The property is well maintained, clean, and there are always improvements being made. Donny and Lenny are full time maintenance, they are very attentive. Brittany and Vicky in the office are terrific. Why I say that is we have had several work orders placed and they stay right on top of them until they are completed with good communication. Lastly, the amenities, activities, and wonderful neighbors on this 86 acres makes it the best place we have resided in Florida.
