Jo Beth LatimerI lived here for a few years. In that time, we had so many boil water noticed. The water lines were always breaking. The pool was closed at lot. the park was just not in good condition. People are unhappy and negative in general. There are many nice people that live in, they are just unhappy with lot rent and the lack of maintenance. The back pond is terrible and half empty. The club house has been closed and removed due to flooding. I would not move back.

Jill AntalekThe new management has certainly gotten some things done! Lawns and mobile homes really look great! It's hard for guests to park. And the lot rent is really high! But thank you for your hard work Don and Chris! It really shows!!
