Best bike shop anywhere. I was referred by a friend and have been there twice to service my bikes. Have worked with Taylor and Steve and also interacted with the rest of the staff. They're very friendly and responsive. On both visits I got my bike tuned up, shifting great and rolling better than new. I travel 65 miles each way and wouldn't consider going anywhere else. Great place if you're looking for a bike or just excellent service. Would recommend to anyone interested in cycling.

Steve and the crew were very welcoming and went the extra mile to help me with a few issues on my bike. He suggested an annual check and maintenance. Its exactly what was needed. I sweat very heavy and it seeps down into all the crevices. I had rust in several places where the bearings are, including the bottom bracket. Great work, thorough and reasonably priced. Thanks again Steve and crew!

On Aug. 7 2026, the service crew went the extra mile by replacing a non-threaded valve stem inner tube with a threaded valve stem & nut inner tube (for a Presta valve) on the spot for my "ancient" mountain bike. Good job, men! This correction plus the work performed during a prior visit demonstrate The Hub's commitment to doing it right, keeping their customers on their bikes and moving forward along the road or trail of their choosing. Staff was friendly and helpful for my electric scooter flat tire (they do tires and breaks, no electrical, not a problem just FYI). They got me right in and it was ready to go an hour and a half later. With my scooter being my main transportation to work, I was relieved. Thank you to Steve and the rest of the team! Sure! Here's a glowing review for the bike shop: --- ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I reached out to The Hub this afternoon to see if they could help with a flat tire. Despite their busy schedule, they managed to fit me in. I pumped enough air to make the 5-mile ride to the shop, knowing they were only open for a few more hours. My bike was in rough shape, having been neglected on my boat for the last four months, exposed to salt, rain, and the elements. The tires were shot, and the brakes were failing. Despite the challenges, the team at The Hub fully restored my bike at a fair price, all before closing time. This was, without a doubt, one of the best experiences I've had at a bike shop in my 40 years of cycling. A huge thank you to The Hub for their exceptional service and expertise!
