Recently, Brent called other stores to find an item for me, called me back with the details, and had them hold it behind the counter for me. Love, love, love shopping at this store.

I was going through a roigh moment, and simply wanted to browse to take my mind off things. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and I felt right at home. Walking into Gretchen's Hallmark store at Volusia Mall turned out to be a lifesaver for me. After browsing for a bit, I walked out with two items and signed up for the Hallmark Crown Rewards program. The impact on my day was immediate - my troubles seemed to fade into the background, and I felt a sense of peace that lasted throughout the day. I'm am grateful for the staff at Gretchen's Hallmark for embodying the Hallmark culture, and I'm already looking forward to my next visit. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!
