Quality service as well, brings it all then gone like they were never there left clean and took the shells. I will only shop with there guys. You guys rock at IROC. The oysters were incredibly fresh and delicious, and the presentation added such a fun, elevated experience to the start of our reception. It really set the tone for the evening. The team was professional, friendly, and made everything feel seamless. They were great to work with and added something truly special to our day. They provided both raw and grilled oysters during our cocktail hour, and I can honestly say they were some of the best oysters I’ve ever had. With over 300 guests, Ryan’s team was incredibly efficient, ensuring everyone was quickly served. So many of our guests came up to us throughout the night to rave about how amazing the oysters were — it was definitely a highlight of the evening! Ryan and his team went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly, and their professionalism and attention to detail really stood out. If you're looking for a memorable and delicious experience at your event, I highly recommend Ryan and his team for top-quality oysters and outstanding service. Frank AlvarezFantastic customer service, delicious oysters! We purchased 400 for our New Years weekend trip to Signal Mountain Tennessee. Everyone was impressed with the size, flavor, and texture of the oysters. If you’re an oyster fan, don’t miss these! Raw or slightly steamed, these oysters rock!
