There are not enough words to describe how The Church of God in New Smyrna has been a blessing in my life. The Lord who is my Shepherd lead me here and I have no regrets.

I came from Grand Rapids Michigan to visit and attended this church and foud people who genuinely love and serve God and one another in such a sweet holy spirit way. I heard Pastor Owen preach gospel truth that changed my life from being confused to understanding what God wants, which is for me to surrender my will and follow His will so that He could lead me to heaven eternally. I'm so grateful. I repented of my sins and Jesus saved my soul. I'm going back to Michigan a changed happy woman. I am so glad God loved me so personally to allow me to hear his message. I am going home excited to live God's will for my life.

The message was good but very disappointed when they told my future mother in law (that speaks spanish) that they do not believe in speaking tounges. I said shes not speaking in tounges shes speaking her language. This person told me that basically if they cant understand it she could be saying anything. We thought we found a church but if my mother in law cant say gloria a jesus (glory to God) or gracias senor (thank you lord) in spanish then we dont feel welcomed. She wasnt harming nobody.

Fantastic church which reminds us that those who choose to live without sin in this life will be the ones chosen to spend eternity with the Lord.

From the reviews, it seems like it's our kind of worship. No speaking in tongues !! AMEN.
