Caley and the entire Mulberry team deserve 10 stars, let alone 5! We booked our wedding over a year and a half ago, and when we learned about the change in ownership and major renovations just two months before our date, we were naturally incredibly stressed. However, Caley stepped in with a level of kindness and generosity that we truly didn’t expect. She didn't just communicate the changes; she took personal ownership of our peace of mind. When the groom’s suite was removed for renovations, she went above and beyond to secure an incredible off-site suite at a local B&B—which was so perfect we ended up staying there for our wedding night! While we were initially hesitant about the barn’s transition from white to black, the result was breathtaking. The black added a level of sophistication and stunning contrast that made our photos pop in a way the original look never could have. Caley’s execution was flawless, and her genuine care for her couples is evident in every detail. We are so profoundly grateful for how she turned a unexpected transition into the most perfect day of our lives!

Our wedding was on 11/22/25 at The Mulberry it was perfect! On the wedding night, everyone talked about how beautiful the venue was. Inside and outside from the well manicured grounds, to the bridal suite, to the main building, everything was perfect. As much as we loved the venue itself, it was Billie who really made it special. She was so friendly, and efficient and you can tell she took guest satisfaction very serious. It felt like Billie would have moved mountains for us if needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better venue. Thank you to the entire Mulberry team for making our night extra special

5 ⭐️'s for EVERYTHING (especially the team running it)!!! I fell in love with this venue way before my husband & I were even engaged. This was back when the Mulberry was a white barn & under different ownership. When he finally popped the question there was no way we were starting our hunt for a venue anywhere else except New Smyrna Beach at The Mulberry. We toured 3 other venues that day but ultimately, we chose The Mulberry because it checked all of our boxes. Back in December 2025 the venue went under new ownership. After the official transition, Caley & Justin (new owners) wanted to meet with us, introduce themselves, learn about us, tell us their upcoming plans for the venue, & many other things. They were such beautiful people inside & out. In order to elevate the venue to what they wanted, they decided to paint the barn black. Came as a shock at first, but I trusted the vision. Man oh man, as you can tell by our photos this was 100% the move! It was stunning! Another change for the venue, was having to take away the groomsman suite temporarily to turn it into a bridal suite. Unfortunately, the original bridal cottage needed major renovations (especially foundation wise). The new owners hated giving this news but were willing to make up for it in any way they possibly could (offered their Airbnb, pay for a new spot, pay for a round of golf, anything we wanted/needed). We luckily had an awesome place where we were staying for our wedding so our groomsman came over, hung out by the pool, & all got ready there. They came for photos about 2 hours earlier than the ceremony & it was perfectly fine. The new bridal suite is so aesthetically pleasing & way more intimate of a setting than the bridal cottage ever was. Even included a fully stocked champagne bar & some snacks! Although these changes weren’t “ideal” so close to our wedding, they needed to be done. Also, when else were they supposed to make these changes? No matter if it was then/now/in the future, someone’s wedding would be affected by these changes. I am honestly very happy it happened before mine. Again, LOOK AT THESE PHOTOS!!! We had our rehearsal the night before, there was no wedding that day so Caley allowed myself & family members to come down to venue to drop off all decor & create our floral arrangements prior to our scheduled rehearsal time. She even stepped in to help + created my beautiful bridal/bridesmaids bouquets (pictured). We were even able to include our dog Beau for the full wedding day! I seriously cannot rave about this venue & its team enough. They were the absolute best & willing to put in so much work in order to make our day perfect! I have ZERO complaints. What an absolute beautiful venue! Our 2 year bookclub event was held here and I can’t express how special Caley, the owner, made this for our group. The details were so perfect. If she has this must heart for a bookclub, I can only imagine how absolutely perfect she would set the venue up for a bride and groom.

What an amazing experience we had at the Mulberry NSB. I know it’s a wedding venue, but we had our two-year book club celebration there, and Caley, the owner, created the most magical and beautiful setup. She catered to every part of our celebration of friendship and our love for books. We look forward to booking another one here again.
