I was in town for the summer and was needing a massage badly. Abundant Health was referred to me, so I went online and made an appointment. Their website is very user friendly. I went to my appointment, and the receptionist was very nice! Place was clean and calming. My appointment was with Taylor. She was perfection! She worked on the areas I told her about and immediately I was wishing I booked the 90 minute massage. So, when I checked out I made another appointment for 90 minutes a week later. My 90 minute was fabulous as well. Taylor did a fantastic job! I will be back to New Smyrna on occasion and when I come, I will be booking my appointments with Taylor at Abundant Health. Thanks for taking care of me!

My wife and I decided only a couple days ahead that we wanted to enjoy some spa time for our anniversary. The staff at Abundant Health Float and Day Spa worked hard to squeeze us into their schedule, which we appreciated. We both used the float tank and got massages. It was our first floating experience. The staff took time to explain everything fully and make us feel totally comfortable. We enjoyed the experience, plus both of our massages were very relaxing.

Taylor is absolutely AMAZING. By far the best, most impressive massage therapist I’ve ever been to. Her Deep tissue massage technique is incredible - I always feel amazing, refreshed and relaxed without feeling overworked or sore. Her ability to trace issues and get to the core of where muscle tension and knots are is impressive. Highly recommend! for anyone looking for real massage results.

Ive had several massages here with Taylor (she is ammmazing for deep tissue work and cupping) but at our last appointment she recommended I start with a Float service … I have surgically fused scoliosis as well as really suffering with allergies right now and this experience was worth every $ … a “float”is something that if I have the time for will be added to every massage 🫶
