Dennis RiefWe booked a room at The Inn during New Smyrna Beach’s June 2026 Wine Walk. Excellent location right in the middle of the Wine Walk locations. No driving, no hassle trying to find a place to park as we had our own dedicated and free parking space. After the walk we “people watched” from the balcony. Carol prepared a lovely breakfast the next morning. Check in and out was the easiest ever. Highly recommend.

Glenna HowardPerfect location to stay while visiting New Smyrna beach.Convenient to shops, restaurants and only 2 blocks from the beach. The inn itself is clean with comfortable beds and a nice hot shower. Angie, the inns owner was very welcoming and very pleasant to deal with as well as Carol her manager.We had a lovely stay.

Victoria YoungLovely B&B! We stayed in the Flamingo room with a balcony. The bed was very comfortable and it wasn't noisy at night. The Inn is located halfway between the beach and the intercoastal - perfect location! Hosts were lovely and helpful. Breakfast was fabulous - we made our own pancakes while the hosts were whipping up scrambled eggs and fruit. Met 2 pilots at breakfast. NSB is a cute beach town. Highly recommend, we will be back.

Paul TheibertThe location is short blocks from the beach and fine restaurants. The breakfast table make your own pancakes as you sit at the table was special with all the toppings. Then the breakfast prepared at 900am or 930 am very well done. Enjoy your stay on the second-floor veranda over-looking Flagler Ave. Enjoy
