Marsha TobolskiThis was a wonderful place to stay, right across from the street to the beach. The place was clean & had everything you needed- towels, dishes, pots n pans. First aid items in the bathroom along with beach chairs n tubes. I was able to contact staff my texting & received response immediately. Use for your next vacation..I know I will.

Lance SmithWe enjoyed our stay at this property over the 4th of July weekend. The pre-communication about our stay was clear and timely. We had easy access and no issues during the stay. The property was clean and has easy access to the beach. The garage is stocked with umbrellas, beach chairs, and a wagon which were nice amenities to have available. The games at the house and the large back yard allowed us to have a good time away from the beach. Would stay again!

Kimberly BThe house was very clean and decorated beautifully. In a fantastic location, just steps away from the beach right across the main road. Access was very easy, our toes were touching the sand within Minutes. There was plenty of room in the home and everything needed for a pleasant day. The kitchen had all of the basics that you would need. The rooms were spacious and comfortable in the bathrooms were all beautifully done. The only thing I would mention is the upstairs is VERY HOT compared to the rest of the house. The bedroom upstairs was uncomfortable for sleeping due to this, even with the fan on. The rest of the house was very comfortable, but of course heat rises so just be prepared for that if you will be sleeping upstairs. Other than that really a wonderful stay and we were very pleased.

Bloom & Bite FloridaDefinitely giving our stay at Gilligan’s Island in NSB a 5++!! The location is perfect — just one block from the beach and such an easy walk to Flagler Ave with all the restaurants, entertainment and quaint shops nearby. The home had everything our family needed and was thoughtfully designed throughout. The 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms gave everyone plenty of space, and the pool/patio area was perfect for sipping coffee and breakfast. Having two refrigerators was a nice bonus during our stay. We also appreciated that the property was pet friendly, had a garage, and was located in a quiet area while still being close to everything. Dave was our host and was extremely helpful from beginning to end! He made himself available and was just a pleasure to work with! Overall, this home was comfortable, convenient, and ideal for a family vacation. We would absolutely stay here again!
