The place was beautiful and in an amazing location. So many good restaurants around and the beach was so close. The host was so helpful to us and always responded fast. I will definitely be coming back!

The house was very clean and decorated beautifully. In a fantastic location, just steps away from the beach right across the main road. Access was very easy, our toes were touching the sand within Minutes. There was plenty of room in the home and everything needed for a pleasant day. The kitchen had all of the basics that you would need. The rooms were spacious and comfortable in the bathrooms were all beautifully done. The only thing I would mention is the upstairs is VERY HOT compared to the rest of the house. The bedroom upstairs was uncomfortable for sleeping due to this, even with the fan on. The rest of the house was very comfortable, but of course heat rises so just be prepared for that if you will be sleeping upstairs. Other than that really a wonderful stay and we were very pleased.

We had a fantastic stay at this home while visiting family in early July. We had researched and read all the 5-star reviews for both the property and hosts and they were all accurate and then some. From booking through check in process and throughout our stay, they were so helpful, informative and answered all questions with such quick response. The property itself is exactly as advertised in the pictures, clean, comfortable, with all the amenities you would need and in a perfect location to explore Flagler Ave., a 5-min walk to the beach and visit with our family. They provided a on of beach gear, towels, boogie boards, chairs and even a wagon to carry everything to the beach. They also went above and beyond in terms of customer service. We checked out and I had left an important item in the house, they offered to bring it and deliver it to my family's house before we left for the airport! Now that is customer service. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and highly recommend this house if you are planning a trip to this part of Florida. We would definitely stay here again!

The Happy Pineapple definitely met our expectations. We were staying the following week in a larger condo with members of our extended family, and my wife and I needed a smaller unit for several days. The Happy Pineapple was very clean and well-equipped. The location—a block off Flagler—was perfect for access to shopping, restaurants and bars and, of course, the beach. The folks at Fun Coast Rentals were great to deal with. We hadn’t requested an early check-in before our arrival. But when we inquired several hours in advance of the designated check-in time, Fun Coast Rentals got right back to us and permitted the early check-in. The check-in and checkout instructions were very simple and clearly explained. We would definitely stay at the Happy Pineapple and rent with Fun Coast Rentals in the future!
