Colette G. LavinI’ve lived here for going on 2 years now, and absolutely love it! Affordable, most of the neighbors are wonderful people and the property manager is an amazing guy! He’s very personable and treats you like family. I can’t forget to mention the breath-taking view!! River-front property with the BEST fishing around!!

Colette LavinDanny, the property manager, is always trying to help anyone he can! He’s nothing short of an incredible person and I’m beyond thankful for him. As a single female, living alone for the first time, I wouldn’t have been able to do it without Danny and my awesome neighbors (I now consider them family!). It’s affordable, clean and Danny jumps to my aid whenever I need something fixed! As a community, we all help each other as much as we can and are always willing to do anything for each other. I’ve been living here for 1.5 years now, and plan on staying here until I’m ready to buy a house!

Neighbors friendly, dog and cat friendly and the gentleman that runs Riverside is on top of everything g here, constantly working the upkeep is A1, the makes sure everyone and everything is up and running and all is good without being intrusive by letting all residents have their privacy. If a place is for rent or sale it's immediately taken. Extremely affordable.

Optic IllusionI’ve just moved in. The manager, Danny, is exceptional! Laundry is on site, the neighborhood is safe. My neighbors are friendly and I can’t wait to explore: I’m going to be happy here :)

Lola Rivera-DLRFor it being a small mobile home community it’s taken care of, clean & always trying to make it better. Management here (danny) makes you feel safe & makes sure everyone is doing there part to do the same. His right hand man (Jimmy) is also very concern about everyone and both are very respectful and humble. Park is kept in order and feeling like family, very understanding.
