Lynn DeiterWe had been a renter for over 35 years and stayed at Seascape Towers with our kids each and every year. We have stayed in many units over the years and have enjoyed every minute of our stays. We decided to buy at Seascape a few years ago because the building and property are well maintained and they have a great Property Manager onsite. The oceanfront views are breathtaking, the local restaurants are great and it makes for a wonderful family beach vacation. The views from the balconies alone are wonderful! The beach on most days is never crowded Our friends call it "a little taste of heaven." We have never encountered a problem and now our grandchildren are enjoying their stays as well! Unlike an untrue review that was recently posted, this condo building is in excellent shape. I'm not sure who they rented from, but the owner should have instructed them that the parking lot is under construction and some other repairs are being made. If they had rented through the Property Manager and her staff, they would have been properly informed and would have had the opportunity to cancel their reservation. This should not be taken out on our building or the Seascape community. Understand the real story before leaving a review please. We have all the proper reserves and we are all very proud of our building and property. Unfortunately, the ocean and salt air make things at the beach very corrosive. I am proud that we are able to keep up with the many repairs that need to take place to make our building and property pristine. Please join us at Seascape Towers for a lovely vacation! I know you won't be disappointed!

Bonnie HolewaMy family has been staying at Seascape Towers in the winter for the last nine years. It’s a very nice condo complex with wonderful people running it. We feel like family. Being right on the ocean is a privilege and maintenance has to be done to continue the great experience! Keep up the good work!

Donna JacksonWonderful stay! Beautiful beach! We love staying here because it is clean, quiet and relaxing. The pool and hot tub are really nice. The underground parking is nice when it is really hot outside. We have stayed in two different first floor units and it is SO convenient to bring your stuff in from the car and also to take down to the beach. Ocean Properties was so easy to deal with and everyone was super helpful.
