Katherine StrangeWe stayed at Beach Colony Club in New Smyrna Beach Condo 120. When we arrived at the beach we were not informed that we would not be able to access the Beach from our Beach front condo. Due to work on the beach. Our condo was older and few updates. The window screens were all corroded, with rust around the sills. The kitchen is very poor with little amenities. There is NO cleaning supplies in condo and smells musty. There is dead bugs behind the headboard of the king bed. I also found a water bottle under bed along with the dust bunnies. The beach accessories need replaced except for the chairs which were new. I was very dissatisfied with the price we paid with no beach access. I feel like the company should have contacted us on this matter. You can tell this complex is more for older people and not families.

michael cramerReally great place to stay, very casual and quiet, and the beach is right outside the doorstep. This is my second time staying and certainly won't be the last. If your looking for a great place to stay in New Smyrna Beach, this is definitely your destination point.

Christie MoreyOur family stayed in Unit 147. It was beautifully updated and extremely comfortable. I highly recommend this unit. The decor was very beachy, just what you're looking for in a beach vacation spot! The grounds of Colony Beach Club are very well maintained. One of the pools still had the heater on which was great for us and the kids. The pools and beach were steps away and most units have somewhat of an ocean view without the ocean view price which is always a plus! If you visited this unit or the condos in general you won't be disappointed. Thank you!!
