Ryan QuigleyWe had a great stay in New Smyrna. Booked this condo super last minute and they were able to accommodate. Great quiet location, short walk to the beach and a few minute drive into town. Condo itself was super clean and well stocked with kitchen necessities, games and beach items. Would highly recommend!

J SimonThe first thing I noticed pulling into the condo parking lot was the peace and quiet. It had a tranquil feeling of part beach and part woods. Upon entering the condo unit I was happy to see it was very clean and had a super cute beach vibe. The bed and lines were clean and comfortable. The shower had nice water pressure and the a/c worked well. The kitchen was nice but no cooking for us as the surrounding restaurants were all delicious. The best part about the condo was its close location to the beach. It was a quick walk across the main roadway to get to the beach or a quick drive to a small public parking lot just a step away from the stairs leading down to the beach. I will definitely rent the condo again the next time I visit New Smyrna.

Jet WagnerChadham by the Sea condo was an absolute gem! The condo was clean and perfectly stocked on a quiet section of the beach. The location was perfect and one of our favorite restaurants (JB’s) was walking distance! Tara at NSB Vacation condos was communicative and lovely to work with. We can’t wait to visit again!

Both Jenn and Tara have been so helpful in finding a condo and then making sure that the accommodations were just what we were looking for. Jenn checked in with us numerous times to make sure everything was working out. They make check-in and check-out very easy as well.
