27th Avenue Beach Access
A drive on beach approach. There is a $20 per day per vehicle access fee to drive on the beach. This includes one same-day re-entry. Annual beach passes are $25 for Volusia County residents and $100 for non-residents. Please be a responsible beach driver by driving only in designated areas and observing the speed limit. The driving areas are designated by signs and wooden posts. Parking is allowed east, or seaward, of the posts. The beach is open to vehicles from sunrise to sunset Nov. 1 through April 30, and from 8 a.m. - 7 p.m. May 1 through Oct. 31. In addition to this, there is a beachfront parking lot as well. There is a $20 daily rate to park here, or non-Volusia County residents can purchase an annual parking pass for $100. Amenities at this beach access point include restrooms, racket ball courts, beachfront playground, off beach parking, and much more!
