Spiritus SanctiCant say enough good things about this agency. My family and I recently purchased our first short term rental and we had a lot of anxiety going into this uncharted territory. Starting with Margy Roe, she made the initial experience extremely smooth. She helped us get to contract with the agency and got us up and running. She was extremely patient, thorough and professional. After signing on we were soon after introduced to Ashley Clay, maintenance manager and again, she knocked it out of the park. Full transparency in every interaction, extremely helpful, super kind and a pleasure to work with. Finally, on the administrative side of things, Dana Wall and Carol Swan, they've been incredibly helpful in assisting our navigating the owners statements and understanding charges. 10/10 as a property owner, i would recommend as this team makes life a breeze!
