peter fornessThis is our happy place. My wife and I were married on the beach right in front of these condos 10 years ago and we reenacted our sand ceremony this month for our 10th anniversary. Great place to rent, Arney does a great job meeting your needs. We were a little confused this year because evidently there was a new policy regarding reserving the gas grill through memorial Day weekend because it was so busy. Fortunately everybody was very accommodating and even shared the grill when we needed more space and it all worked out. We'll be back here again and again year after year.

Rob LoudI've been going to Point East since I was a young kid in the early 80's. Its been great to see people every so often that I knew as a kid in the summers at Point East. The condos are cozy and the complex reminds me a bit of Melrose Place. I have stayed in many units through the years, but have found Unit 211 to be my favorite. It is protected from direct weather (wind and sun), yet provides a great view of the pool and beach. This unit has been updated several times through the years and always feels like going home.

C W CoxThis was our second time renting a condo from one of the private owners. Great location on the non driving area of the beach and morning sunrises are amazing. We will stay here again!
