Duane MaddyAbsolutely perfect stay! Pool area overlooks the ocean, with a pristine spot for watching shuttle launches. The beach is clean, the area is maintained daily, there is plenty of parking, the kitchen areas were very nice. Bedrooms were a good size and living room area has a great view of the pool. Fun place to stay!

Mart SteinReview of Chateau by the Sea 14C rented Feb 2024 This condo is beautifully decorated and has all the amenities to allow you to kick back and relax and enjoy your vacation. The furniture is perfect for conversation and really comfortable to watch a movie. The ground floor is so nice for walking out and joining in the fun at the pool or the bulkhead overlooking the beach. The parking spaces are ample and close to your front door. No steps required unless you want to go to the beach. But because this rental unit is right next to a public ramp if you have someone with ambulation issues or you want to bring a huge setup to the beach, in two minutes you can drive your car on the sand right in front of your condo. We love staying here and have stayed several times and hope to go again this fall.

Billy ClarkMy wife had been coming here since she was a little girl so we've continued the tradition with our children and can honestly say we are never disappointed! We've been especially blown away with the upgrade 14C has undergone in the last year, beautiful floors and bathrooms. The owner of this unit has really gone all out to make our stay exceptional. We were a little concerned about COVID-19 and what precautions were being taken but were very relieved at the extra cleaning that is happening in the units between visits. This place simply has it all, gorgeous ocean view, great pool, very quiet, amazing landscaping and tacos/ice cream right across the street, we really don't feel like anything else in NSB comes close to this special little place!

Matt HannahMy last visit to Chateau By the Sea was Thanksgiving 2016. We had a family gathering in several units. We stayed in 13C and couldn't have been more pleased. The unit is very updated and the view of the ocean is unmatched. We have 3 young kids so the grassy area between the unit and the pool is great for them to run free. The employees keep the grounds very manicured and the pool is great. New Smyrna is a great town to visit for vacation. Great restaurants and friendly people throughout. I hope to go back to Chateau this Fall and for many years to come.
