The Ocean Trillium Condos are located within seconds of a one-of-a-kind shopping experience at Kembali, several great restaurants, a 7-ll convenience store, and the 27th Avenue Park featuring drive-on beach access, a playground, picnic pavilion, and basketball & racquetball courts.
With eight floors and four units per floor, all units are ocean view with private balconies overlooking the tranquil Atlantic waters. Each spacious condo includes a fully equipped kitchen, living room, and private bedroom with a full bath. Condos include cable TV, WiFi, and all linens are supplied. The Ocean Trillium Condos does have a conveniently located elevator and coin-operated laundry facilities are located on-site.

Kaitlin FrancisRoom 803 was amazing. Great view. Great room. Cozy beds and super clean. Plus tons of stuff was provided like cooler and chairs and even a beach towel! Everything was perfect….except the locks. Digital locks are great when they work. When they don’t… it’s a pain. Thankfully physical keys were provided as a back up but getting the door to lock and not beep at you was a challenge. Only other thing was we got locked IN the pool at night. The code to get into the building works on the gate to get in but not out. There was no code provided to get out. We had to get someone else who happened to walk by to let us out. Thank goodness we came along. Messaged the owners to ask for the right code to get out and never got a reply so we simply did not use the pool.

Missy RichardsonBest weekend getaway ever!! The unit we stayed in, #302, is so comfy, cozy and the perfect beach atmosphere! We stayed a few days and wished we had the time to stay longer. It was clean, ideal location and had everything we needed already in the unit! If you’re looking for a beach vacation, this place and the unit 302 is THE place to go!! ❤️☀️🌊🏝️

Stuart GrahamI always liked new Smyrna beach but this place location wise is legit! It's nice little nook where you have park, bars, 7/11 and restaurants walking distance away. (No downtown crowds) I like the condo (302) and how cozy they are and you have beach views from front door area and back patio. It's pretty Much all you need for beach trip or vacation. Pool is great and has restrooms and beach access was so easy to work with and has shower to wash off feet. Beach is also great and shallow for kids. Overall we Coming back. Great family area with out all the tourist traps. Legit home cozy feel.

L DRooms are not fancy. You’re at the beach. That’s where you spend your time! Things are clean. Nice size rooms and kitchen. Furniture is dated but it just feels like old Florida. It’s all clean. This is a condo. You’re supplied a few basics but you need to have your own shampoo/conditioner etc. The views are great. Nice location. The best thing is they went above and beyond for us when we ran into a car problem day of check out. They let us stay given our issues as a late check out and helped us ease our minds with where we were going to go. We will return!
