Rachel Moskowitz is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Mediator. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of South Florida and her Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University. With more than 20 years of experience, she helps individuals and couples navigate life’s challenges, strengthen their relationships, and create meaningful, lasting change.

After practicing in the Orlando area for many years, Rachel recently relocated to New Smyrna Beach and opened a new office at: 629 North Dixie Fwy, New Smyrna Beach, Florida 32168.

Rachel’s main objective is to help clients begin feeling better as soon as possible. Using a compassionate, solution-focused approach, she helps clients identify their strengths, develop practical strategies, and take achievable steps toward their goals.

Rachel provides a supportive and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered. She specializes in individual counseling and marriage and couples counseling, helping clients improve communication, work through conflict, manage difficult transitions, and develop healthier patterns in their lives and relationships.

With warmth, honesty, and practical guidance, Rachel works collaboratively with each client to create greater clarity, confidence, connection, and emotional well-being.
