The New Smyrna Beach area is bouncing back from Tropical Storm Nicole, which landed on Thursday, November 10th. If you have an upcoming reservation, please call your property ahead of time to ensure there have been no changes to your vacation plans. Some businesses and coastal areas were damaged, and the community has been working diligently to clean up and fully reopen. Thankfully, many businesses and residences were not affected at all by the storm. We wish everyone strength and support during this time.

    Parking & Beach Entrances

Find parking and get your toes in the sand.

With 17 miles of Atlantic shoreline, numerous coastal parks offering convenient parking, and on-beach parking in designated zones, the New Smyrna Beach area has some of the most accessible beaches in Florida.

When parking on the beach, parking is available in marked areas just west of the traffic lane sand east of the Conservation Zones. Be sure to park perpendicular to the shoreline, and for safety reasons, please do not position yourself, chairs, or umbrellas between cars.
