Loved living at The Beacon. Great community with fantastic office and maintenance staff. Gorgeous pool, quality gym, and lovely apartments. I didn't have a pet at the time but the complex is extremely friendly to pet parents. A clean and safe place to live. There's a fountained pond trail and dog park, as well as valet trash service and a car wash on site, too!

We recently moved to The Beacon Apartments in New Smyrna Beach, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and well-maintained everything looks clean and new and feels very safe. The amenities are fantastic, and the location is perfect, close to everything we need. A special thank you to Rob, who made the entire leasing process smooth and stress-free. He was always available to answer our questions, guided us through the paperwork step by step, and went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome from day one. Rob’s professionalism and kindness truly made a difference in our moving experience. We highly recommend The Beacon Apartments to anyone looking for a quality place to live in New Smyrna Beach!

I moved to New Smyrna Beach 2 years ago and never really felt like I belonged here. About a month ago, on a whim, I decided it was time to up level my life. Thirty minutes later I was touring the property with Sheri, the Assistant Property Manager. As she walked me through the amenities and talked about valet trash, work spaces, and many other perks, I was starting to get excited. Since I am a pool person, they really had me at “resort pool” but once I walked into my first Beacon kitchen, granite countertops and island, farm sink and a full size stainless steel refrigerator and freezer, I was sold. I met Travis, the Property Manager, when I came to choose my actual floor plan. Travis and Sheri are a dream team of professionals ,making sure that they understand your needs, wants and your budget to help you get the exact right apartment. I have been here a couple of weeks now and I have never been happier. This is a friendly and engaging community where neighbors introduce each other and invite you join the fun. I feel like I have finally found my home. I credit Sheri with being the heart of this community. She introduces you to everyone when you are touring and then tells us that the residents are friendly and welcoming. We’re all just following her lead. So, if you’re looking for an apartment in Paradise, come on down while there are still apartments to rent. See you poolside.

I want to give a huge thank-you to Agent Rob for providing such awesome customer service throughout my apartment search and leasing process. From the very beginning, Rob was patient, professional, and genuinely caring. He took the time to answer all my questions, explained every step clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable with my decisions. What really stood out was how attentive and responsive he was — always returning calls and emails right away and keeping me updated on everything. Rob went above and beyond to make sure everything worked out smoothly, and because of his help, I was able to get my new apartment without any stress. Katya and Zachary are the best! Been here for 5 months now and so far so great. Maintenance orders get done very fast, it’s a professional and clean place, fun events, everything seems to work & is in good condition. Every complex runs into its issues but this place really knows how to handle it from what I’ve seen.
