They were very responsive to any questions we had throughout this process, which is a bride and groom’s dream! The food was delicious, and they made everything seamless from start to finish! I would highly recommend them!

Desirae GilmoreAmber's Jewel did a tremendous job for our wedding. They walked us through menu options and serving options and we were very confident with what we would be getting. We opted for servers to pass horse d'oeuvres and the main meal to be served buffet style with servers on the buffet line. Food the day of was wonderful, we received lots of comments on it from our guests and, since my husband and I went table to table to talk with guests and release them to the buffet, servers actually saved us plates and kindly fussed at us like mother hens to make sure we ate. It was an excellent experience and I would highly recommend them!

Darcie MorningstarI got married on Daytona Beach Shores in October. The day of the wedding we had a "Beach Bash" for all 65 of our guests. Amber Jewel Catering set up an amazing lunch spread right on the beach for our party. All of the wraps were absolutely delishes! The home made chips were some of the best we've had. Their staff was extremely professional and they were very easy to work with. I would highly recommend.

barbara barnetteWe had an open house for our new office in Daytona Beach last night and chose Amber's as our caterer. The food was unparalleled in quality, presentation and organization. The staff was quick to clean up behind our guests... no dirty plate sat on a desk or table for more than 1 minute... food preparation was perfect for our event; easy to eat and walk around the office for touring. I would highly recommend Amber's for your event!! They were extremely accommodating, even when our guest count rose from 60 to 100 people in the last 48 hours.

Shannon SizemoreJohn and Lynne made outstanding, moist, mouth watering, delicious prime rib, chicken, fiery sweet potatoes, and more for our wedding reception. Numerous wedding guests commented on how good our food was. Their pricing was reasonable, communications fluid, and always friendly. We highly recommend hiring them!!
