ernie simmonsSea Spirit recently hosted our non-profit, No Longer Fatherless, for two AMAZING deep sea fishing trips. 100 of our mentors and boys caught over 100+ fish that day, many caught their first ever fish. Their team was helpful, encouraging, patient, and kind. I highly recommend fishing with them as we hope this is a yearly adventure for us! Our most epic catch of the day was this monster Goliath Grouper you can see on the drone footage. The boys were pumped to see such a dinosaur pulled up from the depths.

Island DaveGreat crew, no ocean current so below average catch. Many nice red snappers were caught and had to be released because on the day before red snapper were again legal to keep, the commercial fishing lobby got a judge to call off the snapper season. Full boat, great fun. We're going again soon.

MarkI fished on the Seaspirit past Tuesday half day I met ia a nice couple on the left side of me and one on the right side, seeing how I fish probably more than they did. It was nice to help them out, I noticed the crew was always right there. I also saw the captain working the deck with his crew, making sure everybody had exactly what they needed. The crew brought fresh bait, and for those who got tangled on their fishing line they were right there to fix any issue with backlash.line. I can honestly say they worked very hard helping everybody learning how to fish.the end of the day the crew cleaned that boat to make it one of the most spotless boats I’ve ever fished on. Looking forward to coming back fishing for fun and meeting some very nice people. One last thing the crew was very handy with children that were on the boat helped them. Fish made them laugh. Great Boat great captain and a great crew. Definitely will be coming back🎣

Natalie EscandonIt was an ok experience. It was a two hour ride each way, off shore and back. After a long ride I was really hoping they were taking us to a good spot, but after switching locations 4 times, a majority of the passengers weren’t having any luck. While I know you aren’t guaranteed anything, being shoulder to shoulder wasn’t helping. I wish they would allow less people for a better experience. I highly recommend bringing your own rod and reel if possible. What I did like I will say was the view. It was really nice and we got to see some dolphins. Sitting on the top deck during the drive is definitely the way to go.

Hailey LingoHad an amazing trip on the Sea Spirit! The crew was friendly, professional, and worked hard to make sure everyone had a great experience. The boat was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and as 2 young girls we had a great time learning the ropes! The crew was always available to help, answer questions, and keep lines in the water. We came home with great memories, and are already looking forward to our next trip. Highly recommend Sea Spirit to anyone looking for a great offshore fishing experience!
