Daytona International Speedway
The approximately 500-acre motorsports complex boasts the most diverse schedule of racing on the globe. In addition to at least nine major event weekends, the Speedway grounds are also used extensively for events that include concerts, civic and social gatherings, car shows, photo shoots, production vehicle testing and police motorcycle training. In addition, Daytona International Speedway showcases daily track tours and is home to the champion DAYTONA 500 car and the Motorsports Hall of Fame of America.

Hugo PinedaAwesome place for race cars lovers. Tour is inexpensive and definitely worth every penny. I was lucky there were two cars practicing the day I went, it was nice to experience their loud engines and to see the racetrack from inside. Souvenirs store is really cool and full of nice stuff.

Kayla BartonWe came for the 500 and had a blast. Staff were friendly and amenities were good and clean. They have got to figure out a better way for parking though. We’ve been to tons of other tracks and never had paid so much ($60) and had such a hard time getting out. Do not park in the mall parking lot.

May B.Taking the tram tour of the track really gives you the full feel of what that incline is on the turns. Very different than what you see on TV. The tour guide was very knowledgeable about racing and the track. And then to have the museum included in the ticket was fantastic. So much to see if you really take your time and look at every room. The only negative was I wish it had a few more benches in the museum.

Jeremy JonesSo the wife and kids surprised me with an early Father's Day gift of front row tickets to the upcoming Guns N Roses, Black Crows, Ice Cube and Public Enemy show on May 7th since we will be at our other house in Florida for a few weeks then. We have all been here for everything from Nascar Formula 1 and the Daytona 500 as well. Not to mention car shows and kart racing. It's always been a wonderful place for every event. The seating is always great and the vendors are awesome as well as the facility officials.

Dominique SheaDaytona 500 was an experience!! So many cool vendors and experiences to check out before even entering the speedway. Bring a bag as there are many freebies, Make sure you have comfortable shoes and sunblock if in the uncovered grandstands. For kids or sensitive ears make sure you have ear plugs or ear protection! There is lots of downtime as well so you can do as much or as little as possible. Merchandise vendors close up close to the end of the event so make sure you don't wait until the end. If you want to see everything from beginning to end it is an all day event so be aware. Parking is very difficult and the attendances are not very helpful. Suggestions for ADA/parking - wish they would put on the app when each lot is full.
