Denise DeanI have been an Allstate customer since I was 16, 31 years later I was faced with an unbelievable rate increase when my 16 year old started driving. I started calling around and Heidi was not only able to calm me down about how after all those years as a committed customer she was able to drastically decrease my rate. 5 vehicles 1 policy was cut in half! She not only got my numerous car policies she got my house policy reduced at an amazing rate. I have the utmost faith in JW Edens to help me keep our rates low and knowing if I have an issue they will be there for our family. Highly recommended.

jenna kellyI would highly recommend this company! The service we had there was awesome! Everyone was so friendly and helped us with everything we needed! Also, would recommend working with Heidi, we were looking for insurance for our new home and she worked on the quotes for us, to get us the best deal possible! She is also very knowledgeable and explains everything, so nicely! We ended up not only getting homeowners insurance but also car insurance. Thank you JW Edens & Company for a awesome experience!

David GregoryThis company bought out Jennings Ins. some time ago. I had no difficulty with making policy changes and reviews with Nancy. Once the new company took over my car insurance went up and when i called to ask about it i was told that their internet was down and they could not answer my questions. I changed companies the same day with a local agent saving me over $500.00 . The new person in the office did not seem to be worried at losing my business at all. I week later she called me and wanted to know about me leaving this company.She also wanted to know who I went with, i told me.

lissa adamsI cannot say enough good about this Insurance Company. We had unusual situation which left us without Homeowner's Insurance. Dar Stiles answered my desperate call with a kindness and calmness, and assured me that she was committed to helping us with our issue. Before the end of the day we were insured. Dar made the whole experience effortless and was great with communication and follow-up. When I dropped by the office to sign paperwork, everyone was very kind and professional.
