After my mom passed away, I took a diamond pendant and an old emerald ring into Jessups. Heather was amazing and found an exact vintage ring setting in white gold that would fit the diamond pendant perfectly. It was ordered and Milton the jeweler did his magic. Love this piece so much!

My friend referred me to Jessup's of New Smyrna to get some jewelry repaired. I was very happy with the service, cost and time repair was completed. I have been a regular customer every since. I have sold gold (old jewelry that I no longer use or was broken and I did not want repaired). I have also purchased jewelry and have had other jewelry repaired. They guarantee their work and they have the most reasonable costs.They are honest, friendly and will work with you to help you find what your looking for. I highly recommend them.

I took an old watch for a battery and they were able to change the battery while I waited and provided a new watch band. I walked out in 10 min with a watch that looked like new. It’s was great. The entire team is friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I have had other items repaired and they are so professional and do amazing work. I can’t recommend Jessup’s Pawn Shop in New Smyrna Beach enough. When I decided to start my business, I didn’t have many options. I had to pawn some of my most prized possessions just to come up with the startup money. That wasn’t an easy decision, but the team at Jessup’s treated me with respect from day one. They gave me a fair loan, the interest was reasonable, and they made a difficult situation feel a lot less overwhelming. I especially want to recognize Heather. She did so much more than help with paperwork. Every time I came in, she encouraged me, believed in what I was trying to build, and gave me the kind of positive reinforcement that can make all the difference when you’re taking a leap of faith. Sometimes people don’t realize how much a few genuine words of encouragement can mean, but they meant a lot to me. Today, I’m running my own business, and I can honestly say Jessup’s played a part in making that possible. They didn’t just give me a loan. They gave me a chance. I’ve had several experiences with Jessup’s Jewelry, and every one of them has been excellent. I’ve purchased pieces there, had jewelry repaired, and even turned to them for help after I was unfortunately scammed on a jewelry purchase while traveling in Mexico. Jeremy, the manager, stood out in particular he was kind, nonjudgmental, and incredibly helpful during a situation that could have been embarrassing or stressful. He took the time to explain my options and made me feel completely at ease. Customer service has been A+ on every visit. As someone new to the area, I was referred to Jessup’s by a friend who has been a loyal customer for years, and now I understand why. They are trustworthy, professional, and genuinely care about their customers. I highly recommend Jessup’s Jewelry for any of your jewelry needs.
