WILLOW ROBERTSALL the staff at MedSpa are amazing. Thoroughly gifted in their crafts. I highly suggest signing up for the membership IT IS WORTH IT! The far infared sauna is my detoxifying happy place during Florida's winter months. Ive started a facial regimen that has me coming back. The diamond glow facial is another - few times a year - must for me. Im 47 and had a complete and total hysterectomy that left me againg swiftly. Long story short mid life ick - coupled with HRT- has been lifted raising my confidence up. I no longer look like a deep in thought resting **the face. I will be back. 100%

The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and always makes me feel comfortable from the moment I walk in. They take the time to listen to my concerns, explain every treatment, and never make me feel pressured. My Botox always looks natural, my microneedling has made such a difference in my skin, and the facials leave my skin feeling refreshed and glowing. The office is beautiful, clean, and welcoming, and it’s obvious they truly care about their clients and the quality of their work. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional skincare and aesthetic treatments. I wouldn’t trust my skin to anyone else!

I popped into the mainland location around 4 p.m. to pick up and redeem mine on the spot (as required), and I was over the moon when I scratched off “Buy 1 syringe of filler – get 1 free!” What an amazing bonus that I can’t wait to use. The membership itself is fantastic—tons of exclusive savings, priority access to injectables, facials, and the whole menu of laser and body treatments, plus fun monthly surprises like this. It really makes you feel valued as a regular. That said, it was unfortunate that the front-desk experience during my quick 4 p.m. visit felt a little off. I walked into an empty waiting room. The staff seemed stressed and short with me, which made the otherwise smooth process of grabbing my ticket less welcoming than I’ve come to expect from The MedSpa. It was just one brief interaction, so I’m choosing to focus on the bigger picture: the incredible value and thoughtful perks that keep bringing me back. If you’re on the fence about joining the membership, I highly recommend it—the savings and surprises (hello, scratch-off tickets!) far outweigh the occasional hiccup.
