I can’t say enough great things about this med spa! I’ve had Botox, microneedling, and facials here, and every experience has been amazing. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and always makes me feel comfortable from the moment I walk in. They take the time to listen to my concerns, explain every treatment, and never make me feel pressured. My Botox always looks natural, my microneedling has made such a difference in my skin, and the facials leave my skin feeling refreshed and glowing. The office is beautiful, clean, and welcoming, and it’s obvious they truly care about their clients and the quality of their work. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional skincare and aesthetic treatments. I wouldn’t trust my skin to anyone else!

I’m a proud member of The NSBMedSpa in New Smyrna Beach, and this month’s “Pot of Gold” perk has me absolutely thrilled! Every member receives one scratch-off ticket with a chance to win up to $850 in prizes—talk about feeling lucky in March! I popped into the mainland location around 4 p.m. to pick up and redeem mine on the spot (as required), and I was over the moon when I scratched off “Buy 1 syringe of filler – get 1 free!” What an amazing bonus that I can’t wait to use. The membership itself is fantastic—tons of exclusive savings, priority access to injectables, facials, and the whole menu of laser and body treatments, plus fun monthly surprises like this. It really makes you feel valued as a regular. That said, it was unfortunate that the front-desk experience during my quick 4 p.m. visit felt a little off. I walked into an empty waiting room. The staff seemed stressed and short with me, which made the otherwise smooth process of grabbing my ticket less welcoming than I’ve come to expect from The MedSpa. It was just one brief interaction, so I’m choosing to focus on the bigger picture: the incredible value and thoughtful perks that keep bringing me back. If you’re on the fence about joining the membership, I highly recommend it—the savings and surprises (hello, scratch-off tickets!) far outweigh the occasional hiccup. Can’t wait to see what April brings! 🌟

I went to have the diamond glow Facial treatment today by Missy and it was so relaxing and wonderful and I always feel so great and refreshed afterwards! I also was able to use some discounts that I was informed of as I checked out! Everyone at the Med Spa is so helpful and sweet and their services are top-notch!

The staff @ The MedSpa are so welcoming and informative! Jen gave me my first Hydrafacial - she put me at ease right away. It was so relaxing and the results were amazing! I couldn't stop at just one. I highly recommend anyone treat themselves at least once with a trip to The MedSpa!

I went to the Med Spa to get lip filler. Getting something done to your face can be intimidating. However, I went and saw Jen and I could not be happier with the way my lips came out. She made my lips look amazing and the whole entire process she made super easy and comfortable. I highly recommend going to see Jen. My lips look fuller and so natural which is exactly what I told her I wanted. She also uses her professional education to tell you what she thinks should be done, which is so helpful when you don't know much about the types of filler yourself. Great experience and found my place to go.
