The Spott NSB combines an eclectic menu with a comfortable atmosphere, all while providing guests with a true taste of the area. We take pride in sourcing the highest quality cuts of meats and produce and partner with a local captain to provide the freshest seafood available. Our seafood dishes are always fresh, never frozen, and come directly from our Captain's boat to our kitchen. The fresh ingredients are then handed over to Chef Lee to create the culinary masterpieces featured on our menus and daily specials.

Tracy DrabenstadtA Fantastic Dining Experience at The Spot (with a hidden gem upstairs)! We had a really nice time dining here! The service was absolutely top-notch—our waiter was incredibly pleasant, attentive, and made us feel welcome right from the start. The Food The restaurant has a pretty fancy vibe and offers incredible, chef-prepared dishes. If you are looking to indulge in their premium seafood, like the Fish of the Day - market prices - today was the Grouper, you will spend a more (expect anywhere from $60 to $80). That being said, you don’t have to break the bank to enjoy a meal here! They have a decent starter menu and plenty of other delicious options that aren't nearly as pricey. Here is what we tried: Pork Belly Tacos: We started with these, and they were fantastic. Hot Honey Shrimp: Off the starter menu also, but I enjoyed it as my main dish—absolutely delicious with the perfect amount of kick. Cheeseburger & Fries: What my husband ordered, and it hit the spot perfectly for a more casual, budget-friendly option. ✨ Pro-Tip: Don't Miss Upstairs! Before or after your meal, you absolutely have to check out the hidden speakeasy upstairs! It adds such a cool, unique vibe to the whole experience and is the perfect spot to grab a drink. Overall Verdict: Wonderful service, excellent food variety for every budget, and a hidden gem upstairs. We will definitely be back!

Martha VermuthOk. I am the most specific steak lover ever. THIS PLACE! We got to choose our steak and they cooked it to absolute perfection. Our server Scotty, was the best tour guide. From the cocktails to the espresso at the end and all, I mean all, in between. This restaurant is a MUST!

I had the sliders, hot honey shrimp and truffle fries with a cosmo, everything was 10/10. Shoutout to Kelly for a spectacular service and conversation. I’m already planning my next visit.

Carl BaileyI had a recommendation to try “The Spott” and heard nothing but great things about this place. The rumors are true!! What a gem and a rare find in a small town. There were three of us for dinner tonight. The workers couldn’t have been any more personable and terrific with answering questions about menu choices. We started with the Bone Marrow appetizer and it was Delish 😋 - 💯 recommend trying it. I selected their “Chop” entree with Garlic Green Beans. The flavor profiles built around the protein were absolutely on point. I would order this again and again and again!! The Smokey flavor of the chop and tenderness…one of the best I’ve ever had. I can’t forget to talk about the Mac n Cheese. 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 Great homemade taste with great combinations of cheese make it a dish to not miss. The other dish was the 7 oz Filet. Again, the flavor and tenderness were done just right. I will say, the cook on the filet was a bit more than I normally like but the flavors made up for it. The potatoe side was tender and also full of flavor. Can’t go wrong with this entree. The third selection was the grilled Caesar Salad and the catch of the day; Red Snapper fish bites. The fish bites were so fresh and the breading very light so the Red Snapper is still the star of the show. The grilled Caesar was on par with what I’ve had elsewhere with the exception of the dressing. It sets it apart and better than what I’ve experienced before. To finish, we did the crème brule. The actual crème was phenomenal. They added too much sugar to the top and didn’t really crisp it as much as I’d like. Again, the flavor made up for the abundance of sugar. I will be making return trips here and can tell you with certainty…it is worth the experience and you should check it out. Finally, take the time to just go upstairs to have a drink. The atmosphere upstairs is beyond anything I would expect to find at the beach. It is very well thought out, inviting and speak easy”ish” I didn’t have time for a cocktail but I promise you I will make time and share that experience in another review.
