Sky CruzHands down the BEST grooming place in Florida—yes, all of Florida! And that’s coming from someone who has taken their dogs to groomers all over the state, including Jacksonville, Orlando, Ocala, Tampa, Ormond Beach, Daytona, Ft. Lauderdale, and now New Smyrna Beach. The entire team here is absolutely amazing. They are patient, gentle, and truly care about the dogs in their care. What sets them apart is that they prioritize the dogs’ comfort first—no rushing, no unnecessary stress, just calm, compassionate handling. You can tell they genuinely love what they do, and it shows in how happy and relaxed our dogs are every time we pick them up. If you’re looking for a grooming place that treats your dogs like family, this is it. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Kirsten BergWe’ve been working with Paige as our groomer for close to a year now. She has always handled my pup with the utmost care, and we’ve always had such a great experience. The shop is such a perfect location, with plenty of space to make Goose feel comfortable while he is in for his haircut. This group is also such a wealth of knowledge when it comes to training tips, that way I can make sure I’m doing the best that I can once I get him home. Very flexible with appointment availability, extremely fair pricing. Can’t recommend enough.

Donna LippertI used to love this place, the receptionist was warm and welcoming, insuring your dogs were greeted and comfortable .Now it is a cluster every time I go in there. No one to greet you, no one to schedule next appointment…just not the same. Once I even got a call asking about the tip not being received , which I had left in cash. On top of that they charge a service fee on debit card transactions which is against Federal law. Seems they no longer have an organized, caring establishment.

Dianne ArnoldI couldn’t be happier with how Mocha turned out! I took Mocha in today after calling in a last minute appointment. We moved here only a few months ago and between my packed schedule and getting situated, I hadn’t been able to find Mocha a new groomer in about 2-3 months! Just for reference, Mocha hates when I brush or bathe her at home so she had many issues when we came in. They took care of all my worries from her overgrown long hair, deep mattes in her difficult areas, dry skin, and long nails. Now, she’s happy, clean, soft, and probably feels so much more comfortable especially with this summer heat. I’m happy to book her next appointment right away!

Steven GrabowskiThis place is fantastic. They love our animals and do such a wonderful job. We have gone to them multiple times and have always been happy with the results, their pricing, and the care they show for our animals. Today I came in for appointments for our cat and our dog and they were ready for both. I told them our cat was a little warm and panting on the way over and one of their experts just sat with him and held him in front of the fan. Two hours later we got our boys back and they looked handsome. They gave us a heads up about tangles/hotspots on our dog. Not only are they friendly and skilled, but they really care about animals. And they are friendly and offer reasonable pricing. You cannot go wrong. Highly recommend.
