Alli SmithLeah was fantastic! My boyfriend and I recently visited NSB. While there, a pin fell out of the bracelet on his Rolex. He was leery of any local repair, with it being a sentimental piece. It was a simple repair, and Leah assured him that it would be a quick, simple procedure. Three hours later, we received a Callback and picked up same day. The location is very easy to find with plenty of parking, and the store itself is quite lovely with so many beautiful offerings. Next time, we’re shopping!
