Such a great bike shop ! Ian and Mike are as great as it gets! Helped me out with my electric tricycle flat tires and come to pickup the trike and deliver the next day. Very helpful in fixing my brand new "shipping damaged" ebike that I ordered on line. They got it working perfectly and at such an unbelievable price!! If I would've known they had such a great selection of reasonably priced ebikes, I would have bought from them in the first place and avoided damaged goods from ordering on line. Be careful ordering on line as these ebikes are not packaged well at all and care is not taken from the very popular shipping companies we all know of. For something like this buy out of a retail shop, so you know exactly what you're getting and you're backed by a reputable dealer! There is very competitive pricing and in the long run it makes more sense to buy from a store such as this place. Great people here! Thanks for your great service!

Bob’s bike shop had great service. My Dad got a new bike, but really wanted to keep the 50 year old seat from this interesting Euro bike he purchased at a yard sale years ago. After hours of frustration and thinking it wasn’t possible, I took it to Bobs and they made it happen. Now he is riding comfy and with style. Thanks Bobs.

I love this store the whole team was fantastic including the owner. I needed a bike bad and wanted another Giant more urban orientated so that I can get off the roads on to the trails that I can't with my Giant Contend SL. I was greeted by a very knowledgeable young man Dylan that helped me settle on the Giant Escape which they kindly delivered because it wouldn't quite fit in my car. when it arrived what should I find but a little note attached to the bike from Dylan .. It's the little things in life that make all the difference in one's purchase experience. Bob's Bike Shop have a huge asset in Dylan. Highly recommend this bike shop! Fast forward 8 months from my original post and the Saga of how good this store is continues. about 3 months after purchasing the escape 3 the gears started making a friction sound because they had fallen out of alignment - one quick phone call and voila a perfectly adjusted set of gear that are whisper quiet. what a crew they have working here knowledgeable and they all really care working on bikes with as much love as if it was their very own. Beginning of July I walk back in the store to buy a Contend 3 wanting to make transition to a road bike to up my pace and distance. I bump in to someone I haven't met before Brandon who shows me the Contend 3 and a Trek Domane they have on consignment which I fell in love with on the test ride. Kudo's Brandon and the store manager for pointing to this bike when they could have easily sold me on the Contend 3 which was newer they legitimately made sure I got the best deal in the store. I couldn't be happier. If you don't drop by this store and chat with their knowledge team you are doing yourself a disservice! they consistently go above and beyond, then add in the person touches like notes inviting you to enjoy the bike. are actions which exude the fact
